This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect via the Site and how we use it. By accessing the Site on any device, making a purchase from Millin, or otherwise interacting with Millin, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Site. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the information that we collect through the Site. This Privacy Policy does not address personal information that you provide to us in other contexts (e.g., through a business relationship not handled through the Site).

By accessing and using the Site you acknowledge and consent to collection of information identified below, and you consent to the use of such information. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean that you accept those changes.

Please note that the Site is intended solely for our business customers. To the extent that personally identifying information (“personal information”) is collected through the Site, it is collected from individuals acting in the capacity of employees, officers or representatives of Millin’s business customers, and not acting in an individual capacity.

We use a third-party card processor for all credit card transactions, and we do not store any credit card information on our Site.

            Disclosures to Third Parties Assisting In Our Operations. Millin may share your personal information under confidentiality agreements with other companies that work with, or on behalf of, Millin to provide products and services. These companies may use your personal information to assist Millin in its operations. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

            Disclosures Under Special Circumstances. We may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or governmental regulations, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Children
This Site is intended for adults only. The Site is not directed to children, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Since uniform standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not yet been adopted, Millin does not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
