Which EMR systems does MillinPro integrate with?

We currently integrate with over a dozen EMR systems (e.g.: Accumedic, Netsmart, eVero, Precisioncare, TenEleven, eClinicalWorks, Foothold, Qualifacts, Welligent, etc.) and we have the ability to integrate with any EMR system you believe meets your needs.

Which general ledger system does Millin integrate with?

Our clients use a variety of different general ledger systems. We have the ability to create and map a custom GL report that you can upload monthly to your general ledger system, regardless of the system you use. Great Plains, Fund Ez, Intacct, Sage, Oracle Fusion, Quickbooks Online, etc... are just a few of the systems our clients use.

How often do you update the MillinPro system?

Unlike many technology companies that only perform updates quarterly or annually, the MillinPro system is continuously updated as payer rules/regulations changes occur, and new technology becomes available to optimize the user experience. We release updates as soon as it passes our rigorous testing. Updates nare performed by Millin and ever interfere with your daily work in MillinPro.

We also encourage our clients to provide feedback and new functionalities they would like to have as we are happy to implement those as well.

We love MillinPro! Do you plan on developing your own EMR system?

This question comes up a lot. We have no intention of developing an EMR system. The over-arching reason we are able to service our clients so well and provide a cutting-edge RCM system is because we stay in our lane. We know what we are good at, and we continuously double down on it instead of developing other type of systems. We understand that EMR systems and RCM systems need to live side-by-side, but they serve very different functions. With the integration capabilities available today, implementing best-of-breed systems is a no-brainer. It increases revenue, compliance, transparency, end-user satisfaction, and reduces risk (don’t put all your eggs in one basket).

How much time and resources should we allocate during MillinPro’s implementation process?

Hardly Any! The Millin implementation team does all the heavy lifting and configures the system for you, with all the necessary specifications required. All you need to do, is feed us that information. The information we need in order to configure the system is generally readily available at the client (e.g.: providers, locations, payer contracts, listing of programs/services, etc.)

How many hours of training do we need in order to be up-and-running on MillinPro?

Most clients require 6 hours or less. We break it down in 3 sessions of two hours so that people can remain focused for the duration of the training. If someone requires more training, we certainly provide that. We also provide knowledge management documents and tutorials on the MillinPro functionalities and process.

When you manage the day-to-day billing process on behalf of clients, do you also pursue denials?

Absolutely! We can be relentless if need be. Following up on denials is key to the process. This is where having a team of billing experts makes all the difference. Hence the reason our collection rate is at 99.2% of all eligible claims.

How much does the MillinPro system and billing services cost?

Your investment into the MillinPro system and billing services will depend on the different type of services you provide as well as the number of services. We often times receive feedback from our clients that their ROI is 3,4, and even more than 10 times their annual investment with Millin.

How many health & human services agencies use Millin?

There are over 350 agencies using MillinPro. While this number keeps growing every month, we are selective as to who we take on as a client. We want to ensure it’s a good fit.
